Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation must be notified until June 13th, 2025 to ASGRS 2025 Secretariat via e-mail (asgrs2025@gmail.com).
• All refunds will be made after the ASGRS 2025 for administrative reasons and all remittance charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
