Reservation Process
- Step 1.Download and fill out the reservation form
- Step 2.Send it to the ASGRS e-mail (asgrs2025@gmail.com)
Booking & Payment
- The rates are per room per night.
- As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving early is recommended.
- The confirmation letter will be sent to the respective participant by the designated hotel office on the condition of appropriate reservation status.
- Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of hotel.
- The above rates only apply to ASGRS Summit participants.
